The second installment of the Girl Boss series, Girl Boss Blues – Queen Bee’s Challenge is also helmed by Norifumi Suzuki, this time finding Reiko Ike and Chiyako Kazama as feuding sukebans from Kyoto and Osaka respectively. A wicked yakuza boss (Asao Koike) takes advantage of their enmity to ensnare both of the girls for a round of sexual abuse. By the end, the two girls are reconciled, and Kazama sacrifices her life to save new friend, Ike. In the final frames, the avenging Ike is finally able to trap their sadistic tormentor, Koike, in a revolving door and blast him to kingdom come.
